**DE JOB**:
We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Contract manager die ervoor zorgt dat de overheidsopdrachten worden uitgevoerd zoals afgesproken en vastgelegd in de opdrachtdocumenten, die de prestaties van de betrokken leveranciers monitort en die de financiële en contractuele risico’s bewaakt:

- Voor de gegunde opdrachten zorg je voor een correcte naleving van de contractuele voorwaarden door alle partijen.
- Je zorgt voor een goede financiële controle van de opdracht en van het toegekende contractbedrag.
- Je volgt de Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators en/of de milestones op.
- Je identificeert en beheert de contractuele risico’s: je neemt de nodige maatregelen en adviseert de Category Manager op het vlak van risicodekking tijdens de gunning van nieuwe dossiers.
- Je identificeert mogelijke conflicten en volgt eventuele klachten op tussen de verschillende partijen. Je faciliteert het bereiken van een wederzijds aanvaardbare oplossing.
- Je zorgt voor een correct beheer van alle contractuele veranderingen, in lijn met de wetgeving en interne processen.
- Je verduidelijkt al de rollen en verantwoordelijkheden tijdens de contractuitvoering (onder andere de escalatieprocessen).
- Je treedt op als centraal, commercieel aanspreekpunt voor de leverancier.
- Je organiseert vergaderingen (stuurgroep, contractuele besprekingen,....) met leveranciers en interne klanten waarbij je een goed begrip van de businessbehoeften toont en je goede interne contacten onderhoudt met onder andere de technische dienst, Project Management, Supply Chain, enz...

Het betreft een functie van het niveau Rang 3, en van klasse 6 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, in een economische of technische richting.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring met project of contract management, bij voorkeur in grote organisaties.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Frans en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Engels.
- Je staat open voor occasionele verplaatsingen binnen Europa.
- Je kan vlot werken met MS Office; kennis van SharePoint en SAP is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van contractueel risicobeheer en het beheer van SLA’s.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de wetgeving op overheidsopdrachten of bent bereid je in deze materie te verdiepen.
- Je neemt initiatief en neemt de verantwoordelijkheid op voor je beslissingen. Je beheert vlot conflicten tussen interne klant en leverancier.
