Après une période de formation vous êtes responsable d'établir et exécuter un plan de vente en vue de réaliser les objectifs de vente définis dans une région spécifique (Brabant Flamand, Limbourg et Anvers)
**Vos responsabilités**:

- Convertir les objectifs de vente déterminés pour la région selon des objectifs définis clairement afin de contribuer à la réalisation du chiffre d'affaires de l'organisation.
- Suivre les résultats, les mesurer et les diriger vers les cibles déterminées si nécessaire afin de réaliser les objectifs de vente établis.
- Entretenir des contacts avec les clients et/ou prospects majeurs afin d'établir une relation à long terme et réaliser ainsi le chiffre d'affaires déterminé.
- Veiller à une fixation des prix cohérente et à l'exactitude des offres émises afin de pouvoir effectuer une proposition honnête et correcte au client.
- Coordonner et organiser les différentes activités au sein du département en fonction des priorités et compétences de chacun ainsi que des besoins du client interne ou externe afin d'offrir un service effectif et efficace répondant aux exigences de qualité de l'organisation dans les délais impartis.
- Motiver les collaborateurs afin d'exploiter au mieux les compétences, les aptitudes et le savoir-faire.
**Compétences et expérience requises**:

- Bachelor ou Master à finalité technique et/ou business
- Une large expérience commerciale dans un rôle de dirigeant.
- Une affinité pour le domaine technique
- Une excellente maîtrise du français, du néerlandais et de l'anglais. L’allemand est un plus
- Une très bonne communication : assertive et diplomate
- De la rigueur et un sens de l’éthique développé
- Un esprit d'équipe et une bonne dose d’humour
