- Provide Executive Assistant support to the Managing Directors of the Support Functions as well as to Engie Advisory and Advanced Analytics. Assisting with the smooth-running of the leadership team and various businesses areas, working both on a one-to-one basis with the executives.
- Navigate with internal and external stakeholders to enable effective communication and exchanges.
- Liaising with C-Suite clients, welcoming and looking after visitors, checking and managing Executive’s calendar and E-mail account.
- Be a member of the Assistant team, sharing knowledge, give support with a positive attitude.
- Organizing and preparing (virtual) meetings, booking meeting rooms, organizing conference calls and ms-teams meetings, management of calendars and schedules, organizing management events, internal community events,
- Making domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Producing reports and presentations
- Looking for ways to improve current systems, procedures and operational tools (e.g. SharePoint, O365, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ensuring the successful and timely execution of actions and reporting and communicating best practices, knowledge share, wider group activities onto the Admin Team.
- Completing and follow-up of expenses, PO and timesheets.
- Support the staffing process by acting as liaison with the Operation team and project managers.
- Responsible of the stocks, inventory and place orders for office supplies when needed.
- Ensure proper organization of office spaces, including meeting rooms and lockers, quarterly examination of statistical data concerning office attendance.
- Bring dynamic and creative ideas to enhance the work environment in the Brussels office.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ previous C-Suite Level EA experience and/or partner level in professional services.
- Business Management or Bachelor’s degree desirable.
- Previous experience working within an international context is expected.
- Previous experience in supporting the compilation of aesthetic, engaging and complex presentations.
- Previous experience in using online project/practice management systems (desirable).
- Proven experience of fostering a good (virtual/ hybrid) office environment and corporate culture while closely working with counterparts in other office locations.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

- Proven experience of operating in a structured and process orientated environment.
- Fluent in English. (French or any other European language capability is advantageous)
- Good understanding of international working and business operations of a global consultancy.
