- _Vous partagez les mêmes valeurs que l’UNICEF et les diffusez dans tout ce que vous faites._
- _Votre charisme et vos compétences sociales sont stimulants tant pour le recrutement que pour la motivation des volontaires._
- _Vous êtes bien organisé.e, ce qui vous permet d'aborder différents projets de manière planifiée et de les mener à bien._
- _Vous avez un esprit créatif qui vous permet de générer des idées innovantes._
- _Vous communiquez avec fluidité et avez une plume souple._
- _Vous avez de bonnes compétences en matière de présentation (PowerPoint/résumé analytique) et n’avez pas honte de parler devant un groupe._
- _Vous êtes bilingue (tant à l’écrit qu’à oral). Le français est votre langue maternelle, mais vous communiquez très couramment en néerlandais. L'anglais est un atout._
- _Vous travaillez bien, tant de manière autonome qu'en équipe, et vous avez une attitude collégiale._
- _La flexibilité du travail ne vous dérange pas. Vous êtes prêt à travailler de temps en temps le week-end ou le soir (tôt), en fonction de la planification des activités de volontariat._
- _Vous êtes résistant au stress._
- _Vous êtes disponible à court terme._

**_EXPERIENCES :_**
- _Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier (droit, études pédagogiques, communication, sciences sociales, travail social,...) ou disposez d'une expérience professionnelle pertinente de deux ans._
- _Un avantage absolu serait : d'avoir des compétences pédagogiques et/ou une connaissance des droits de l'enfant et de l'éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale ; une expérience dans la supervision de volontaires ou d'avoir été vous-même volontaire._
- _Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire B._

**_UNICEF Belgique est à la recherche d’un.e Volunteers Officer qui aura pour mission de contribuer à l’éducation des droits de l’enfants et à l’éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale et solidaire, en collaboration avec des volontaires spécialement formés par notre organisation._**
**_Vous rapportez directement au Directeur Advocacy & Communication et vous faites partie d’une équipe de collègues engagés et enthousiastes qui se dédient chaque jour aux droits de l'enfant._**

**_FONCTION :_**
- _Vous êtes responsable du développement et renforcement, de l'animation et de la coordination du réseau de volontaires afin de soutenir les activités d'éducation aux droits de l'enfant._
- _Vous trouvez de nouvelles opportunités afin de mobiliser des volontaires._
- _Vous assurez le recrutement de nouveaux types de volontaires pour l'éducation aux droits de l'enfant._
