**The Job’s Mission**:
Whether it is in the operating theatre, trade shows or clinical meetings, you will conduct such inspiring product demonstrations that doctors and hospital staff can’t help but say “yes” to your sales pitches. In this role, you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical and economic expertise.

**Your key responsibilities**:
- In your new role, you will start with an intensive familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
- You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations, including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
- With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train surgical & theatre staff on its O.R use during workshops.
- You will be responsible for customer care for surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
- Furthermore, you will prepare orders for interested customers and will also be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up to ensure a timely delivery date and thus a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
**What are we looking for?**
- You already have gained +- 4 years of sales experience, preferably within medical devices or related industries like pharmaceutical.
- Capital Equipment sales experience is a plus, but not a must.
- You hold a university degree.
- You hold a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Dutch is required.

- Adaptability: you are as equally comfortable showing surgeons how to use our equipment during a live surgery as you are going through a finance plan with Purchase Department.
