Onze klant, actief in de verzekeringssector, is op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Inkoop en Facilitair.
**Description**

Als Procurement & Facility Adminsitrative Assistant verleen je administratieve ondersteuning binnen de afdeling Procurement en Facility Management onder leiding van de Facility Management Coordinator.

Je voert verschillende dagelijkse administratieve taken uit:
Ter ondersteuning van Facility Management:

- U bepaalt en volgt het beheer van de budgetten, de verschillende toegewezen budgetten en de bestellingen van het departement Facility Management.
- Je verzorgt de administratieve taken ter voorbereiding van de betalingen van de afdeling Financiën.
- U assisteert de coördinator facilitair beheer en het hoofd inkoop en facilitair beheer bij het beheren van contacten met leveranciers en bij het onderhandelen over contracten voor basisbenodigdheden.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de voorraad benodigdheden en meubilair. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de prestaties van onderaannemers en dienstverleners (beveiliging, schoonmaak, receptie, catering, enz.) en voor het beheer van de toewijzing van kantoorruimte ter ondersteuning van uw manager. In samenwerking met je collega's van Facility zorg je voor de back-up van bepaalde logistieke taken van Facility Management, zoals receptie, kopieercentrum, post, enz.
- Je schrijft procedures en handleidingen en beheert de elektronische administratie.

Ter ondersteuning van Procurement Management:

- U ondersteunt de inkoopspecialisten bij de administratie van de inkoop, het beheer van leverancierscontacten en publicaties (beheer van de publicatie, controle van de conformiteit van de offerte, controle van de financiële middelen, enz.)
- U bent een referentiepersoon voor het wagenparkbeheer: u zorgt voor de operationele opvolging van het wagenparkbeheer van poolwagens, directiewagens.
- Je staat in nauw contact met de collega's van de HR-afdeling (Compensation and Benefits) en de leasemaatschappij voor het beheer en de onderhandeling van offertes, vragen en/of verzoeken. U biedt de bestuurders de nodige oplossingen.

**Profile**
- U hebt een diploma middelbaar onderwijs of een bachelordiploma en u hebt relevante initiële ervaring, bij voorkeur in een gelijkwaardige functie.
- U spreekt Frans als moedertaal of Frans en hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je bent nauwgezet in je taken, waardoor je dossiers van A tot Z kunt behandelen.
- U geeft blijk van een proactieve aanpak bij de organisatie en het beheer van uw verantwoordelijkheden. Je bent een teamspeler en hebt een klantgerichte instelling.
- U beheerst MS Office goed en bent bereid andere IT-tools te leren gebruiken.
