De Taborgroep is een **netwerk** van autonome **sociale ondernemingen** en **scholen. **We organiseren **netwerkactiviteiten**, ondersteunen de partners via **consultancy**, creëren en geven **opleidingen** en engageren ons in innovatieve **projecten**.

**Hoe ziet jouw job eruit?**

Wij zijn op zoek naar een **Information Officer** die het **waardegericht ondernemen**. goesting heeft om in een niet-commerciële context van sociale ondernemers te werken.

Je klanten zijn de partners van de Taborgroep, in het bijzonder de partners met wie een shared service inzake IT wordt opgericht.

Je bent organisatiegericht en stuurt projecten voor de optimalisering van processen en algemene procesverbeteringen aan.

Je hebt solide IT-achtergrond en houdt ervan voortdurend op de hoogte blijven van de ontwikkelingen op dit gebied. Je beschikt over de kwaliteiten om mensen met mekaar te verbinden en een (klein) team te coachen.

De IT shared service wordt op een innovatieve manier georganiseerd, er wordt gewerkt met werkdomein
- en regelrollen waardoor iedereen de kans krijgt om initiatief te nemen. Alle teamleden krijgen de kans om te groeien.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- Samen met IT-team geschikte technologie selecteren om alle interne operaties te stroomlijnen en hun strategische voordelen te helpen optimaliseren. In functie daarvan nieuwe IT-infrastructuren installeren en configureren, maar ook documenteren van de geïmplementeerde architecturen en procedures.
- Het beheer en bewaking van alle veiligheidssystemen (antivirus, firewall,) ten einde de (eind)gebruikers een veilige werk
- en woonomgeving aan te bieden.
- Het ondersteunen van het onderhoud en beheer van camerabewaking, telefooncentrale en oproepsystemen.
- Het ondersteunen van de eerstelijns helpdeskmedewerker.
- Aankopen van technologische apparatuur, software en partnerschappen ondersteunen met IT- leveranciers.
- Toezicht houden op de technologische infrastructuur (netwerken en computersystemen) in de organisatie om optimale prestaties te garanderen.
- Toezicht houden op veranderingen of vorderingen in de technologie om manieren te ontdekken waarop de partners voordeel kunnen behalen.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Werken voor maatschappelijke georiënteerde organisaties spreekt je aan.
- Je hebt ervaring als Information Officer.
- Je werkt graag in een team en geniet ervan om samen doelstellingen te bereiken.
- Je hebt ervaring met Office 365 omgeving.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van IT-systemen en infrastructuur.
- Je hebt een achtergrond in het ontwerpen/ontwikkelen van IT-systemen en het plannen van IT- implementatie.
- Je hebt de vaardigheid om probleemoplossend te werken. Je bent tevreden als alles vlot loopt (tevreden gebruikers en performante infrastructuur).
- Je geniet ervan om bij te leren en nieuwe trends en technologieën op te volgen.
- Master of bachelor.
