Technical Support Coordinator

**Your function**:
- You handle both the administrative and technical cases of the alternative operators, end-to-end & within the predefined service levels.
- You ensure a fast and correct handling of the address requests.
- You handle questions related to the ordering process.
- You ensure the administrative follow-up of cable connection & installation orders.
- You take care of the offline resolution of complex order & activation problems in Netcracker and the existing, underlying Wyre systems (possibly with the help of 3rd tier IT or engineering).
- You will provide support in following up on escalations from the AO.
- Through your experience in investigating/resolving recurring issues, you make suggestions towards process or system improvements.
- You assist in testing the modified Wyre process or system modifications and in describing the impact on both the existing Wyre procedures and on the procedures at the central services involved.
**Your profile**:
- You have a Bachelor degree or are equivalent through experience
- You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with the existing Telenet systems (Clarify, WFM, NINAS, ASAP,...) is a plus.
- You have a customer and solution oriented attitude
- You are communicative
- You are punctual
- You are willing to work in shifts
- You are a team player
