Skeelz has recently joined Virtuology, a group of e-commerce and digital marketing agencies. Among these agencies, blue2purple supports its clients in their media and creative marketing strategies.

Its mission ️ offering to its clients a two-fold service, combining media and creative expertise to boost their online and offline sales.

blue2purple aims at obtaining the "Agency of the year" award by 2025 and, among other things, strengthening its growth through the penetration of the French market.

**Why we think you could fit in**

You benefit from a 5-year professional experience in digital media campaign management (social media and/or Google Ads)

You are fluent in French & Dutch, Dutch & English or French & English

You master Excel or Google Sheets, data is your best friend. You also master GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Ideally, you are used to operationally coordinate teams of experts and/or interns

You are based in Brussels

**How you could thrive**

Within the team of transversal experts, you will be joining a team of 11 people and directly report to the Operations and Content Director.

As a Campaign expert, you will manage Google and Social Ads campaigns on a day-to-day basis. You will guarantee your portfolio's results and budget expenses. Your mission ️ boost accounts' growth with regards to budget and strategy. You will, therefore, be responsible for the deployment of product adoption within your portfolio through: Social and Google sanity checks (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin) and the implementation of analysis methodology. You will be the technical back-up to the Account Managers during review meetings with clients. The whole package including weekly/monthly/quaterly reportings.

As an Account Strategist, you will be accountable for your clients' satisfaction. You will conduct thorough audits and analysis (portfolio transfers, new clients, internal operations, accounts' weaknesses) and edit clear recommendations and improvement suggestions regarding cross-canal strategy. You will also create/modify processes to address any areas of improvement you detect. Thanks to your knowledge of your clients, you will detect upsell/cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.

Finally, as an Internal Coordinator, you will operationally drive teams of experts. We count on your ability to dig deep into the media "stack" and to train other team members on how to master them Your role is also to create connections between online - offline - programmatic campaigns to make sure all relevant insights from all sides are shared and efficiently covered up in the accounts’ strategies.

Package-wise, our annual offer can go up to €80k of annual gross salary (base+bonus)
