**About the role**
- Our Consolidation team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in the Corporate Finance department and focuses on account consolidation in collaboration with the Group Accounting and Reporting team.
- As a Consolidation Specialist, you will work on consolidation, analysis and reporting to support Corporate Finance. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Solvay’s financial health and have a positive impact on our financial transparency.
- You will be accountable for:

- The consolidation of Solvay results prepared on a monthly basis to provide timely insight into the business performance to the Executive Leadership Team;
- The preparation of the Solvay external financial reporting for all the Group’s financial stakeholders, published on a quarterly basis, including the Annual Integrated Report;
- Compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements;
- The analysis of the Group’s portfolio movements and the simulation of the related impacts on the Group financials in close cooperation with the M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) department;
- Maintaining and monitoring relevant internal controls applicable to the consolidation process.
- We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

**About you**
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business or Finance.
- Relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Competencies:

- Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation tools
- Knowledge and previous use of SAP BFC is a plus
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of English and French

**About the pay and benefits**
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Belgium base pay reasonably expected for this role is 95.440€ to 119.300€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
