The Digital Services team is responsible for the development of the AXA customer zones (both retail and corporate). We are working to further digitalize our business in order to boost digital options, increase the use of our tools and create a good customer experience for our clients, boost synergies for AXA Belgium & our brokers.

Moreover, we are also responsible for the Customer & Data department for transversal responsibilities such as security, GDPR, internal control & risk management.

The
**Transversal Project coordinator** lays within the transversal responsibilities to support the Customer & Data department to make sure we are aligned with internal stakeholders at AXA Belgium and AXA Group.

**In concrete terms, your role is to**:

- Internal control: being the SPOC of Customer & Data, performing quarterly control evaluations, develop new controls, annual attestation process.
- Identification, assessment and management of Operational risk & controls
- Reporting of the Loss data collection on a quarterly basis
- Management of the Digital permit: registering the digital tools towards AXA Group
- Management of the Domain name registration: register/maintain URLs
- Security: access management both for newcomers and BAU of the team
- Business continuity & GDPR as backup function
- Workstation coordinator
- Support for reporting

**Your Profile**
- Holder of a bachelor’ degree with proven professional experiences
- Good knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI is a nice to have to the function.
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
- You are well organised and detailed oriented.
- You communicate easily, you are collaborative and a good listener.
- You are looking for challenge and want to be part of a dynamic team, working together as one in a nice atmosphere.
