Advisory - Manager**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- At KPMG, you’ll translate insights into actions and reveal opportunities for all our teams, our clients and our world. #makeyourmark- The Customer Sales, Marketing & Service (CSM) team is part of the Advisory practice. We provide business / functional consulting services (as opposed to technology / implementation services) in marketing, sales, and customer service domains.- The CSM team wants to reinforce its team with a Manager / Senior manager level practitioner, with experience in sales or service transformation, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics, with the following responsibilities:
- Participate in business development activities, and lead client service proposal initiatives to acquire new clients and projects.
- Manage sales and or service (technology) enabled transformation at clients from a functional standpoint.
- Coach multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful and valuable change at the client.

- Zaventem HQ**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Master level education or equivalent, preferably in economics.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales or service (technology) enabled transformation.
- Experience in business consulting is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics sales or service modules is a plus.
- Affinity with customer data challenges is a plus.
- Experience with working with diverse teams on an international level.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and ability to perform consistently at a high level and at times under high pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Open mind with the flexibility to manage teams in a fast-moving environment with changing client requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French.
