We are active in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy and Spain and entering new countries. The concerned position aims at reinforcing Flexcity’s operational support to customers** **and colleagues in all countries.
Flexcity is looking for a **Market Data Analyst**
Flexcity is looking for a Demand response market analyst. You will join a dynamic team that is committed to the energy transition, and in which you will immediately be given your own responsibilities. On the basis of the technical data that you will receive and taking into account the current market conditions, you will calculate the flexible power potential of industrial customers. You will use vast databases to build tools that help us improve the optimisation of Flexible Power.
Description of the responsibilities:
- Assist product Manager in development of new products and business cases.
- Use technical data to identify flexible power potential industrial customers
- Leverage data in Flexcity’s databases in order to improve our optimisations
- Perform market screenings on emerging technologies such as EVs and E-boilers
- Build data gathering pipelines
**Qualifications**:
- Educational background: Engineer, ICT, Data Science, Mathematics
- Previous experience:
- Skills: Programming skill required (no specific language)
- Languages: English required, other languages are a plus
- Other: Eagerness to learn and profound interest in Energy Markets
Type of contract : VIE
Length : 12 months, can be extended to 24
