**Omschrijving**:

- Processing the orders on time and correctly
- Quick check on tariff by quotation
- Checking allocation and space on vessels
- Checking availability and release of empty equipment
- Custom status of the cargo
- Pro-activeness
- Contact with the customers
- Sending booking confirmation
- Informing customers timely about changes, additional costs if any
- Develop a good relationship
- Liaise with key operational parties (terminals, operations HO, transport desk and agency network)
- Hazardous cargo (imo)
- Follow the correct procedure for authorisation
- Pre-check of DGD
- Co-ordinate & follow-up of haulage (truck, barge, rail) o Close contact with client, loading site, haulier - Arrange customs clearance when required - Prepare the closing of vessel or barge o prepare accurate loading list o Check for availability of the containers on terminal o Check of container number, vgm, custom documents, reefer temperatures, imo-acceptance,
