As a **Business Manage**r at Evertys, you will be part of a young and dynamic team. This division of the **SISU Group** is constantly evolving and the demand from our clients is growing every day

On the other hand, we provide tailor-made services to our clients, ranging from consultancy to permanent recruitment. Our goal is to position ourselves as advisors and to respond most effectively to their needs.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- **Networking**: Actively developing and maintaining a network of talented consultants and existing or potential clients.
- **Business Development**: Strategically identifying and nurturing new clients opportunities to generate partnerships and drive sustainable growth for our organization.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment/consultancy needs are met with exceptional service.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Collaboration**: with our exceptional marketing and HR teams to develop employer branding strategies and impactful recruitment campaigns.
