To strengthen our team in Groot-Bijgaarden we are looking for:
**Procurement Excellence Manager**

**Your Mission**

You'll be reporting directly to the Group Procurement Director, and as the Capabilities & Transformation Manager, your role involves identifying and implementing digital, process, and database enablers to support the achievement of functional business objectives. You'll be recognized as a thought leader, leading the evolution and implementation of a functional Operational Excellence program across the network. Additionally, you'll support the Group strategic sourcing team in delivering results by providing them with the necessary tools, processes, and data insights. If you're the right fit for this role, you'll be responsible for delivering digital transformation and developing/implementing functional operational excellence across the group.

**What you will do**

Direction setting and implementation
- You understand PURATOS’s business strategy and how your Group Operations and Group Procurement objectives/deliverables fit within that business strategy.

Stakeholder Management
- You build effective relationships with key internal functional/network stakeholders to build alignment & drive progress on implementing key initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Process / continuous improvement
- You collaborate effectively to create policies and procedures to drive your key business functions.
- You improve your utilization of SAP to deliver greater efficiencies and effectiveness of service.
- You actively work on improving your Purchase 2 Pay process adherence/performance.
- You oversee the development, monitoring, and analysis of your key procurement metrics for continuous improvement, including but not limited to Spend Under Management, internal process compliancy, Spend with Preferred Suppliers, Spend with single sourced suppliers, Maverick spend, Value Creation, Total Cost of Ownership, Savings by category, Rebates Schedules, Working Capital improvements.
- You develop your spend analytics to enable effective and aligned procurement strategies.

Performance Management
- You serve as the PMO for your Group Procurement’s strategic projects.
- You support your Group Procurement Director to map future trends for the function and translate it into a detailed roadmap and projects to guide your Procurement Organization into the future.
- You are an ambassador/sponsor of identifying/sharing procurement best practices across your network.
- You extract key insights from your Group reporting systems to identify opportunities and support specific analysis requirements & decisions.
- You understand your business needs and use SAP processes/group reporting systems for better service: thinking globally and strategically.

Category Management
- You reinforce the use of approved Procurement systems with your business partners, e.g., Category Management tool Cirtuo.

Supplier Management
- You develop metrics to measure your suppliers’ performance and implement this in your organization.

**What we expect from you**
- You hold a Master's degree in Economics/Business, (Bio) Engineering, or a related field
- You have a proven track record in Procurement or you have supported Procurement in a related function (e.g., Finance/ICT) in a multinational environment
- You gained extensive experience in transformation project management, navigating complex and international matrix environments
- Is there an affinity for new/emerging technologies and a commitment to promoting a digitally enabled way of working in you?
- Data analytics has no secrets for you
- You approached challenges with a positive, "make it happen" mindset
- You developed cultural awareness and gained experience with diversity
- Your English is fluent, both in written and verbal communication
