Our goal is to contribute to carbon neutral transport by supporting all EV transport mobility formats allowing EV drivers to charge when and where they need to. We have earned the trust of a significant number of customers and developed solutions for HomeCharging, Fleet Management, High Performance Charging, Public Transport, and on street charging. To maintain high quality sales across different markets and countries, we are looking for a new **Tender Manager Belgium**.
**About the job**
As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish, ensuring that all bids are submitted on time and meet the required standards. You will work closely with our sales team, technical experts, and other stakeholders to develop winning proposals that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

- Manage the tender process from start to finish;
- Develop winning proposals that meet the needs of our clients;
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients;
- Demonstrate cost effectiveness tools and negotiate the sale of the Company's solutions;
- Work closely with our sales team, technical experts, and other stakeholders.

Your experience allows you to understand customer needs, convert requirements into high-quality sales deliverables, and you ensure a solid collaboration with the other teams within Allego. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director Benelux.
We need you to be enterprising, adaptive and self-reliant. You feel comfortable in high demanding and high performing environments, and you bring some experience in complex B2B solutions as IT or other technical fields, preferably EV-skills. And because we are committed to a cleaner world, a personal interest in electric mobility is a big advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- Three to six years of relevant experience, preferably in the public domain, e.g. provinces and municipalities;
- Knowledge of and experience with electrical vehicles and charging infrastructure would be a great advantage;
- Fluent in Dutch, English and **French**;
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience with bid management / proposal management and content management;
- A ‘can do’ mentality, you see challenges and get energized by them;
- A great personality, you are a joy to work with and you enjoy teamwork;
- The ability to keep the overview, but also have an eye for detail.
