**Wij zoeken een**
**Project Manager****:
Binnen de afdeling Project Engineering zal je technische en complexe projecten opzetten en leiden, van idee tot en met realisatie.
Projecten voor infrastructuur, research of productie.
Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor alle aspecten en parameters voor jouw project.
Het betreft een industrieel nieuwbouw project in Olen.

**Dit zijn je **voornaamste taken**:

- Verantwoordelijk voor het maken van de project scope. In overleg met de klant:
a. Vastleggen van de specifieke deliverables: wat is klaar als project klaar is?
b. Vastleggen van randvoorwaarden (budget, planning).
- Verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en leiden van het projectteam.
- Verantwoordelijk voor technisch ontwerp voor het ganse project.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van specificaties / lastenboeken voor studieburelen en uitvoerders (zowel intern als extern).
- Verantwoordelijk voor de selectie van uitvoerders: specifieke resources bv. ontwerpers maar ook uitbesteding van totale (deel)projecten.
- Aansturen en opvolgen van alle resources, intern zowel als extern.
- Blijft in contact met de klant tijdens het ganse project om wijzigingen te kapteren en te beoordelen. En, indien akkoord, te implementeren in het project (scope changes).
- Rapporteren aan de stakeholders

**Dit zijn **must-haves** voor deze job**:

- Je hebt een Master Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent ingenieur met minimum 5 jaar ervaring in het leiden van projecten in een industriële omgeving.
- Technische kennis: chemie, elektromechanica
- Je hebt brede ervaring en grote interesse in techniek bv. In engineering / project management.
- Academisch denkniveau (analytisch maar ook helikopterview)
- Talenkennis: vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Teamspeler, communicatief vaardig op alle niveaus (opdrachtgevers, collega's, klant, leveranciers,...).
- Je kan een team aansturen en coachen.
- Leiden van (complexe) technische projecten.
- “Doorduwer” om doel te halen.
- Communicatie op alle niveaus in de organisatie.
