**Jouw rol en taken**:

- Als **Project Manager** beheer je het steunpunt NME Brussel. In eerste instantie zal dit al jouw tijd opeisen. Vanaf volgend kalenderjaar komen daar ook andere projecten bij die passen bij jouw ervaring en competenties.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het Nederlandstalig onderwijs in Brussel op vlak van natuur
- en milieueducatie (NME) en educatie voor duurzame ontwikkeling (EDO). Je verzorgt de opvolging van de ondersteuningsvragen die binnenkomen.
- Je werkt nauw samen Leefmilieu Brussel en de projectpartners, in de eerste plaats MOS Brussel.
- Je verzorgt de interne en externe communicatie van jouw projecten. Je schrijft (mee) aan de maandelijkse nieuwsbrief “NME-EDO in Brussel” voor het basis
- en secundair onderwijs.
- Je verzorgt samen met het team de educatieve en pedagogische inhoud.
- Je kan een projectplanning opstellen en uitvoeren.
- Je zorgt voor de administratieve en financiële opvolging van je project(en), daarin ondersteund door onze transversale diensten.
- Je draagt bij aan het voortbestaan van je project(en) in de toekomst.
- Je meet de impact van je project(en).
- Als **Duurzaamheidscoach**:

- Je begeleidt met raad en daad schoolteams van gemengde samenstelling (leerkrachten, directies, oudercomité, leerlingen ) in hun duurzaamheidsacties.

**Dit profiel zoeken we**:

- Je hebt in het verleden ervaring opgedaan met het **uitwerken van of samenwerken op projecten en activiteiten**, bij voorkeur met een link naar leefmilieu en duurzaamheid.
- Je kent het **werkveld rond leefmilieu** in Brussel, evenals het **onderwijslandschap**.
- Je hebt voeling met wat leeft in de **Brusselse scholen**: wat de noden en uitdagingen zijn.
- Jouw uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden maken van jou een gedreven Je kan met meerdere soorten** partners **overweg (openbaar, privé ).
- Je hebt een grote interesse in **verschillende duurzaamheidsthema’s** en kan dit aantonen aan de hand van meerdere engagementen uit het verleden. Dit maakt dat je minstens een **goede generalistische thematische expertise** hebt rond leefmilieu en duurzame ontwikkeling.
- Je bent geen leek meer op vlak van **NME/EDO**.
- Je beschikt over volgende gedragsvaardigheden:

- Je onderzoekt de wensen en behoeften van de **partners** (overheid, verenigingen, onderwijsteams) en kan hiernaar handelen, rekening houdend met het organisatiebelang.
- Je bent bereid je **flexibel **op te stellen en kan **autonoom** werken, steeds gemotiveerd om je eigen prestaties te verbeteren.
- Je bent **op zeer korte termijn beschikbaar**.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het **Nederlands** en een goede passieve kennis van het **Frans**.
- Je kent het standaard **Microsoft Office **pakket.

- Je bent bereid tot regelmatige verplaatsingen binnen het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
- Je hebt mínimaal een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig.
