Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een trainee recruiter. We geloven in het belang van het vinden en aantrekken van de juiste mensen om organisaties te helpen groeien en succesvol te zijn. Als trainee recruiter krijg je bij Who's up de kans om waardevolle ervaring op te doen in de dynamische wereld van HR en rekrutering.

Functieomschrijving: Als trainee recruiter voor onze klant speel je een cruciale rol in het vinden en selecteren van geschikte kandidaten voor onze klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren recruiters en HR-professionals om te leren hoe je het beste talent kunt identificeren, aantrekken en selecteren. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

- Het uitvoeren van telefonische screenings en sollicitatiegesprekken om de vaardigheden en geschiktheid van kandidaten te beoordelen.
- Het opstellen en plaatsen van vacatures op relevante platforms en websites.
- Het actief zoeken naar potentiële kandidaten via diverse kanalen, zoals LinkedIn en andere professionele netwerken.
- Het bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen en implementeren van wervingsstrategieën om het beste talent aan te trekken.
- Het onderhouden van contacten met kandidaten en het begeleiden van hen door het hele wervingsproces.
- Het bijwonen van sollicitatiegesprekken en het assisteren bij de evaluatie van kandidaten.

**Profil**:
Profiel: We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste trainee recruiter met een passie voor HR en rekrutering. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om vanuit een andere sector over te stappen naar deze functie en wij bieden de juiste ondersteuning en opleiding om jouw vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Het volgende profiel past goed bij deze rol:

- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting, zoals HR, psychologie, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Je hebt interesse in HR en rekrutering en je bent gemotiveerd om je carrière in dit vakgebied voort te zetten.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt effectief communiceren met verschillende belanghebbenden.
- Je bent resultaatgericht, proactief en kunt goed werken onder druk.
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Ervaring met wervings
- en selectieprocessen is een pluspunt, maar niet vereist.
