**IT Project Manager Expert aux Mutualités Libres : votre vocation ?**
Vous êtes prêt à devenir notre nouvel IT Project Manager Expert? Dans ce rôle, êtes responsable de différents projets en même temps : projets internes et projets transversaux entre les différents départements. Vous réalisez le projet de A à Z : planification, coordination, gestion et reporting.
Tâches
- Vous êtes responsable d’un ou plusieurs projets qui vous seront confiés et êtes le point de contact pour les équipes de développement et nos clients (l’Union et ses mutualités) pour tout ce qui concerne la coordination de projets.
- Vous êtes responsable de la planification et du monitoring de vos projets.
- Vous gérez votre équipe de projet en fonction des ressources qui vous sont attribuées.
- Vous vous coordonnez avec les managers des équipes concernées au sujet de la disponibilité des ressources, ainsi que pour solutionner des conflits de priorités.
- Vous vous assurez que les besoins du client sont traduits et compris.
- Vous êtes responsable de la validation des assessment briefs et des project briefs, et vous veillez à ce que les différents projets acceptés et budgétisés soient assignés et suivis.
- Vous organisez et coordonnez les steerings nécessaires avec tous les stakeholders.

**Êtes-vous la personne que nous cherchons ?**
De préférence, vous avez l’expérience de projets complexes que vous avez menés à bien dans un environnement similaire. Vous avez l'habitude de monitorer des projets et vous en assurez le suivi nécessaire. Vous avez le don de la persuasion, vous arrivez à faire comprendre aux clients la valeur ajoutée de votre service, et vous savez susciter l’enthousiasme de vos interlocuteurs.
Nous attendons également
- De préférence, vous avez un Master ou avez acquis une expérience équivalente.
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets IT pour des projets business.
- Team player, vous possédez un talent de facilitateur et de communicateur.
- Vous pouvez planifier et structurer votre travail.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le néerlandais et le français et avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais, de sorte que vous pouvez converser avec les clients dans leur langue maternelle.
- Vous avez une expérience avec des méthodes de gestion de projets (PRINCE2, PMI ).
- De préférence, vous avez déjà une première expérience des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.).
