Overview:
Within EXPLEO Belgium, a service delivery manager is responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients. He/She oversees a variety of tasks, such as leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets.
A full-time role, the service delivery manager is also expected to identify customer issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders. The service delivery manager, which embrace both administrative and technical roles, are best suited for skilled and hard-working individuals who possess superb leadership and interpersonal skills, and who are passionate about delivering end-to-end customer-driven solutions.
**Service Delivery Manager Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
- Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Managing finances and budgets.
- Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
**Service Delivery Manager Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
- Good Digital skills more especially in End-To-End Testing (Manual, functional, Performance, Mobile, Automation, UX/UI ) and the ability to use business support software.
- Good how-know of Banking account is a plus.
- Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
- Good resource planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
