**Product Manager Benelux**

Role reports to: VP Sales & Marketing
Location: Diegem, Belgium
**Purpose**
To enhance sales activities in the Benelux region for Medline, a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical devices, and provider of innovative healthcare solutions, we are actively seeking a Product Manager, Benelux.
As a Product Manager for the Benelux region, your primary responsibilities will encompass overseeing the sterile procedure tray (SPT), Proxima and Dynacor product lines at Medline. You will serve as the resident expert on your product lines, managing your territory as a business unit. In addition, you will take the lead in managing the surgical drapes, gowns, and packs divisions in your territory, actively identifying new business opportunities, supporting product launches, and collaborating with specialised teams.
The role of product manager is both key and strategic. Therefore, you can expect support from your division and various teams across Medline to facilitate the implementation of your strategies.

- Facilitate communication across all levels of the company, fostering collaboration from the European divisions to operational and support teams.
- Manage all tasks necessary for sales promotions.
- Create strategies aimed at increasing sales of existing products and generate sales materials.
- contribute to the development of new ideas based on experience and contact with customers and prospects; adapt to local specifications and needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand product positioning, key benefits, and identify target customer.
- Promote all division tools.
- Manage gains and losses.
- Monitor and communicate inventory status; address surplus and backorder situations.
- Engage with key customers through visits and participate in trials and product trainings.
**Are you our match?**
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, or related fields
- Experience with product portfolio management within a customer-focused role
- Experience in the operating theatre (with patient care/medical/pharmaceutical training) is a must
- A unique blend of business and technical savviness, plus a big-picture vision
- Enjoy spending time in the market to understand customers’ challenges and finding technical and financial, innovative solutions for the broader market
- Excellent organisational, planning, communication (written and verbal), and follow-up skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Analytical and problem-solving approach, with the ability to be assertive, take initiative, and get the job done
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with a working knowledge of English (mandatory)
- Willing and able to travel within the Benelux region (approximately 50 to 60%).
