Als CRM expert ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken gebruikers bij Kärcher, voornamelijk sales en service gerelateerd.
Naast het bieden van opleidingen aan je collega’s, beantwoord je alle vragen omtrent het systeem en fungeer je als schakel in de communicatie naar het CRM team in ons hoofdkantoor in Duitsland.
Je rapporteert aan de Data Analyst.
Belangrijkste taken:
- Neemt deel aan alle CRM Sales/Service-gerelateerde vergaderingen.
- Begrijpt, definieert en speelt in op de lokale behoeften.
- Verzamelt alle data en procesinformatie die nodig zijn voor implementatie.
- Is betrokken bij het testen van CRM-functionaliteiten en ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van best practices.
- Ondersteunt Go-live en stuurt het programma.
- Meet en bewaakt het succes van de implementatie (KPI's).
- Is verantwoordelijk voor het aanbieden van interne opleidingen, infomomenten en regelmatige bijscholingen en verbetert en standaardiseert alle opleidings-documenten.
- Speelt een actieve en motiverende rol naar collega’s toe omtrent CRM gebruik.
- Behandelt alle issues en biedt oplossingen aan.
- Speelt een actieve rol bij escalaties indien nodig.
- Proces georiënteerd (Ideal / Lean)
- Gestructureerde werkstijl
- IT kennis en/of IT georiënteerd, kennis van CRM is een must. Wij werken met **OneView based on Microsoft Dynamics**.
- In staat te communiceren op een constructieve en overtuigende manier naar verschillende afdelingen toe
- Ervaring met change
- en conflict-management
- Communicatief vaardig met didactische en pedagogische skills
- Assertieve en enthousiaste uitstraling
- Stressbestendig
- Vermogen om anderen te motiveren
