**Missie van de afdeling**:
Beobank is een bank die kiest voor nabijheid en die zowel in haar kantoren als digitaal dicht bij haar klanten wil staan. ‘Digitaal’ maakt dus deel uit van de dagelijkse bankrelatie bij Beobank, en is op alle niveaus aanwezig: communicatie, productaanvragen, dienstverlening op afstand of op kantoor...

Het Digital team heeft als taak zowel projecten op te zetten in samenwerking met verschillende diensten binnen de bank, om de digitale workflows te animeren, zowel op commercieel als voor dienstverlening, en om te zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen de bank, tussen het hoofdkantoor en het netwerk.

**Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
Als Front-End integrator rapporteer je aan de Digital Animation Head en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van pagina's op onze publieke website. Je bent betrokken bij het opstellen van de jaarlijkse strategie en volgt de projecten van behoefte tot aan de implementatie.
- Je werkt nauw samen met het hele Digital team: Front-End integrators, Webmaster, UX/UI-designer, Digital Project, Managers, Digital Acquisition Specialists.
- Je ontwikkelt HTML/CSS templates op de website beobank.be.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de templates compatibel zijn en gebruikt kunnen worden door de contentbeheerders.
- Je voert analyses uit om de SEO te verbeteren.
- Je neemt deel aan de projecten van het Digital team over ontwikkelingen op de website.
- Je verstrekt advies en technische expertise met betrekking tot de ontwikkeling van nieuwe workflows en nieuwe ontwikkelingen op de website.

- Je houdt van de digitale evoluties en wilt graag meer leren over technologie en mediaomgeving.
- Je wilt vooruit en je ervoor inzetten dat resultaten worden bereikt.
- Je zoekt voortdurend naar nieuwe oplossingen, of het nu om organisatorische of technische oplossingen gaat.
- Je bent zorgvuldig en gaat graag in detail.
- Je bent reactief.
- Je gebruikt cijfermatige analyses om je beslissingen te ondersteunen.
- Je bent positief, spontaan, proactief en rigoureus.
- Je houdt van alles wat digitaal is en je bent nieuwsgierig om meer te leren over technologie en media.
- Je hebt 2 jaar ervaring in een functie als webintegrator.
- Je hebt een heel goede kennis van HTML5, CSS3 et Javascript
- Je spreekt Frans en/of Nederlands en Engels.
- Ervaring met Drupal.
- Ervaring met Dotliquid.
- Goede kennis van de tools: Tag Commander, google Tag Manager, AB testing, hotjar, SEMRUSH
