The job
- You take on a key role in providing commercial support to our trading team specializing in Pulp & Paper for Africa and South-America.
- Your responsibilities are managing inquiries, preparing offers, and following up on quotations until the deal is closed.
- You play a crucial part in monitoring ongoing business and assisting our trader in strategically expanding their markets. Additionally, you'll be involved in reporting and tracking incoming payments for the markets you support.
- You work closely with shipping companies and follow-up the shipments. While our back-office handles orders, you will oversee the process from a sales perspective ensuring everything runs smoothly and resolving any issues thar arise.
Your Profile
- You have demonstrable experience in logistics and are eager to transition into a commercial role.
- You express yourself fluently in both French and English. Spanish is a plus.
- You have a keen eye for detail and excel in administrative tasks, while maintaining a comprehensive overview.
- You possess strong commercial acumen and adopt a customer-centric approach.
- You balance effective communication skills with strong analytical and numerical proficiency.
- You thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a positive and dynamic workplace.
