**FutureWave Consulting Seeks a Dynamic and Committed Generalist Project Manager**

**Your Mission**:
As a Generalist Project Manager at FutureWave Consulting, you will be the beating heart of our projects. Your mission will be to oversee a variety of initiatives, from digital transformation to the implementation of innovative IT solutions for our clients. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality.

**What You'll Do**:

- Plan, execute, and close projects in alignment with client objectives and expectations.
- Coordinate the collective effort of project teams, including defining roles, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Manage communication with all stakeholders, ensuring total transparency and effective problem resolution.
- Identify risks and opportunities, putting in place strategies to manage them.
- Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies within FutureWave Consulting.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage diverse projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and inspiring teams.
- Strong adaptability to changing environments and varied projects.
- Solid organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP is a plus.
- Fluent in French, both oral and written, and proficiency in English would be an advantage.
