**Inleiding**

Het agentschap Digitaal Vlaanderen is op zoek naar een gedreven en enthousiaste **Product Manager** om het team Partner & Ecosysteem te versterken.

**Waar kom je terecht?**

Digitaal Vlaanderen is het digitaliseringsagentschap van de Vlaamse overheid. We ondersteunen en begeleiden Vlaamse en lokale overheden in hun digitale transformatie en hun zoektocht naar de overheid van morgen. Voor hen ontwikkelen we hightech oplossingen, bouwstenen en platformen, van loket
- en frontoffice-oplossingen tot ICT, beveiliging en data. Digitaal Vlaanderen behoort tot de frontrunners van de digitalisering in Europa.

Jouw werkplek is ons kantoor in Brussel, maar er kunnen ook overlegmomenten in ons kantoor in Gent plaatsvinden. Uiteraard is het ook mogelijk om sommige dagen van thuis te werken.

**Wat zal je moeten doen?**

Als **Product Manager Service-Integratie** kom je terecht in het team Partner & Ecosysteem dat voor overheden in Vlaanderen een ecosysteem van exploitatie
- en ontwikkelingsdiensten realiseert. Het team realiseert diensten op het gebied van Werkplek, Cloud
- en datacenter, Netwerk, Applicaties & Service-Integratie, en doet hierbij beroep op meerdere ICT-partners met wie verschillende raamcontracten werden gesloten. Via de Service-Integratie wordt gewaarborgd dat de verschillende diensten in het ecosysteem naadloos op elkaar aansluiten en dat voor overheden in Vlaanderen een kwaliteitsvolle, veilige en end-to-end dienstverlening kan gerealiseerd worden, onafhankelijk van het aantal ICT-partners dat betrokken wordt.

Als **Product Manager** ben je verantwoordelijk voor de Service-Integratie in het ecosysteem.

We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en enthousiaste **Product Manager**die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en actief zoekt naar manier om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren.
- Opleiding en ervaring:_
- Bachelor of Master, bij voorkeur in een ICT-gerelateerde richting, eventueel aangevuld met of evenwaardig niveau op basis van verworven ervaring en competenties.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring op het gebied van service management en bijhorende ondersteunende systemen.
- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en motiveren een team en bent gewend bruggen te slaan tussen uiteenlopende groepen.
- Ervaring met presenteren, communicatie en stakeholdermanagement naar collega’s, klanten en management.
- Ervaring in Projectmanagement is een toegevoegde waarde.
- Vaktechnische competenties:_
- Heel goede kennis van de service management beste praktijken zoals ITIL 4, en dit doorheen de volledige levenscyclus van diensten (van het plannen tot het inrichten, leveren en beheren).
- Kennis van en ervaring met ICT-outsourcing en het aansturen van externe ICT-partners in een multi-supplier omgeving.
- Kennis van technieken m.b.t. service design, behoeftenanalyse en productmanagement.
- Je organiseert efficiënt en effectief de middelen teneinde de verwachte resultaten te behalen (middelen zijn o.a. processen, structuur, budget, personeel, materiaal). Hierbij ben je vertrouwd met een agile manier van werken.
- Kennis van verschillende ICT-diensten m.b.t. werkplek, cloud
- en datacenter, netwerk, applicaties en informatieveiligheid.
- Kennis van Service Integratie (SIAM, MSI) is een pluspunt.
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (Europees niveau CEFR C2) en een goede kennis van het Engels (mondeling & schriftelijk).

- Je hebt een duidelijke visie en kan die ook uitdragen en je durft de nodige beslissingen te nemen.
- Je hebt een verbindende doch heldere communicatie waardoor je een team kan aansturen en een duidelijke richting geven.
- Je handelt proactief en in het belang van de organisatie en bent een betrouwbare partner voor collega’s en belanghebbenden.
