The Product Manager will mainly focus on:
- Strategic Marketing & data gathering
- Value proposition
- Service design
- Product marketing & sales activation
- Growth hacking tracks & Business Partners co-creation actions
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Market Intelligence**:
Identify, document and follow-up the market trends and likes, pains and needs of our B2B customers, their end-customers and broker channels:
- Statistics: Collect all relevant demographic & socio-cultural statistics that help to model our market
- Trends: Follow-up all political, economic, socio-cultural, technological, ecological & legal evolutions that potentially impact our business
- Customers B2B: Assess goals, fears & strategy of companies in our key sectors
- Customers B2C: Identify end customer likes, pains & desires per segment
- Channels: Document the likes, pains & desires of all our channels: BP, brokers, digital,
- Competition: Monitor the strategy, offering & USP's per key competitor or new entrants
**Portfolio management**:
Harmonize, digitalize and continuously improve our existing service portfolio to maintain high customer satisfaction and sales efficiency standards
- Harmonize & standardize our offering to leverage economies of scale & streamline the sales process
- Continuously Improve - Integrate customer feedback and keep our offering up-to-date with market standards
- Digitize - Add digital/mobile elements wherever relevant & possible
- Create sales briefings & trainings
**Value proposition Design**
Decision on the adaptation of services for the Benelux market and creation of new value propositions
- Determination of service needs and specifications
- Feasibility analysis of the services proposed by AXA Partners Business Lines or other AXA entities & localization
- Determination of relevant services and creation: innovative solutions by extension existing services and the intelligent combination of base components from existing services for specific purposes.
- Ultimate responsibility for these value propositions
- Business Plan creation
**Go-to-market Strategies and tracks**
Designing and managing the complete approach to bring the Value Proposition to the market
- Final responsibility for the entire track
- Determination of the distribution channels
- Stakeholder activation & onboarding
- Service Naming
- USP's definition
- Service pitches
- Define target segments
- Design Sales approach tracks
- Exchange with and support responsible for external marketing on the campaigning such as account based marketing actions and content marketing
- Possibility to lead and organize multichannel campaigning for services (together with agencies)
**Business Growth active actions**
Lead and support various strategic actions with Business Partners to ensure our business growth and strengthen sales & marketing impact
- Marketing2marketing actions: leading and co-developing contact sessions and flows between AXA Partners marketing and marketing, product management, innovation of our most important Business Partners.
- Workshops organization and support as marketing expert
- Business Partner support to accelerate business growth, consult on growth hacking tracks. Lead Co-creation tracks.
**Sales guidance**
- Consultancy to sales regarding services, sales pitch and offerings
- Support to sales for service definitions in RFPs
- Development of segment tracks for sales

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience**
- You have a Master’s degree in economics, marketing, business or engineering (or equivalent through experience)
- You have minimum 4-7 years of experience in product marketing in a B2B organization
- The knowledge of the (Financial &) insurance and (Travel) assistance sector is a plus
**Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Your core expertise is about Value Proposition creation, Strategic and product marketing
- You are trilingual Dutch/English/French
- You think strategically, you have analytical skills and can synthesize information
- You are result driven
- You can work independently within a self-managed team in close collaborations with team members and other employees
- You have good communication skills and an open mind set
- Excellent Networking skills
