Je speelt een centrale rol in het uitstippelen van onze visie en strategie op het vlak van bankverzekeringen en bij de implementatie ervan. De job in een notendop

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede integratie van de verzekeringen in de strategie, het productaanbod, de projecten en diensten binnen Belfius Bank.

Je belangrijkste taak is:

- Het analyseren van de concurrentie - innovaties op de markt op de voet volgen.
- Nauw samenwerken met insights team om inzichten te verzamelen en Customer Experience-team om bronnen van ontevredenheid te identificeren.
- Input leveren over relevante kenmerken van nieuwe en bestaande producten en diensten, in samenwerking met Belins.
- Ontwerpen en ontwikkeling van een nieuw waardevoorstel inzake retail verzekeringen.
