B2B is één van de key groeipijlers van Telenet. In deze context is de Business Excellence Acceleration Tribe (BEAT) van Telenet Business voor de Design chapter op zoek naar een **sub-Chapter Lead Business Analysis
**Waar staat de Business Excellence Acceleration Tribe voor?**

Het BEAT team zorgt voor de vormgeving, oplevering en operational readiness van de B2B solutions & services portfolio evoluties en de bijhorende tooling & procesondersteuning naar onze klanten en interne teams.

Het nastreven van Business Excellence bij het uitvoeren van onze B2B strategie en het snel kunnen inspelen op wijzigende klantenbehoeften en marktcondities zijn een constante drijfveer en motivator voor onze squads.

BEAT opereert binnen een Telenet brede “agile” geïnspireerde organisatie en manier van werken. Om de B2B strategie te realizeren, steunen we op een constante samenwerking en alignering met de operationele business teams en andere tribes.

**En hoe past het BEAT Design Chapter in deze agile organisatie?**

Binnen BEAT hebben we een aantal squads (teams), elk met een heel duidelijke missie die in nauwe relatie staat tot de uitvoering van onze B2B strategie. Daarnaast omvat BEAT ook het “BEAT Design chapter”, dat ten dienste staat van deze B2B agile werking, met focus op de volgende functies:

- Business Architectuur
- Business Analyse
- Product Management

Voor het Design chapter zijn we op zoek naar een sub-Chapter Lead, om de Business Analyse practice verder uit te bouwen en om de team leden (Business Analysten en Business Consultants) te ondersteunen in hun groei. De **sub-Chapter Lead Business Analysis **zal de directe leidinggevende zijn van de Business Analysten en Business Consultants en zal rapporteren aan de BEAT Design chapter lead.

**Wat doet de sub-Chapter Lead “Business Analysis”?**

We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en resultaatgerichte sub-chapter lead, met een uitgesproken passie voor Business Analyse. Je bent in staat om een team van 20+ Business Analysten en Business Consultants te coachen, te inspireren en individueel te laten groeien.

Je bewaakt permanent het evenwicht tussen de business vraag en de beschikbare business analyse en consultant resources in je team. Je vertaalt dit in een strategisch resource plan dat op kwartaalbasis herbekeken wordt. Je gaat hierrond in frequente dialoog met je directe stakeholders (Chapter Lead, Product Owners,). Het recruteren van nieuwe teamleden, zowel vaste als tijdelijke medewerkers, behoort eveneens tot jouw takenpakket.

Daarnaast is het jouw missie om samen met het team de Business Analyse practice verder uit te bouwen door de analyse capabilities en manier van werken van onze organisatie continu te laten evolueren en performanter te maken. Je gaat daarom ook actief op zoek naar en bewaakt nieuwe trends en innovaties in dit expertise domein.

- Je bent een servant leader, met ervaring in het leiden van een team van hoog gekwalificeerde professionals. Je begrijpt hoe je dit team uitbouwt en kan inspireren, kortom je weet hoe je een team boven zichzelf kan laten uitstijgen.
- Je bent een echte people manager, ja haalt energie uit de dialoog met je team leden en je adviseert en ondersteunt hen en in hun professioneel groeitraject.
- Je hebt hands-on ervaring met Business Analysis of Business Architecture practices
- Je beschikt over een strategische mindset - je kan gemakkelijk connecteren met de strategische, tactische en financiële drivers van je business domein. Je identificeert de gerelateerde opportuniteiten en je kan deze toepassen in de dagelijkse werking van je team.
- Je hebt al bewezen dat je zaken in beweging kan zetten en je kan de juiste prioriteiten uitzetten. Je denkt in oplossingen en niet in problemen.
- Je kan een brede groep van stakeholders beheren.
- Je staat open voor verandering - je bent vertrouwd om in een dynamische projectorganisatie te werken met regelmatig wijzigende agenda’s en prioriteiten. Aantoonbare agile en IT/Telecom achtergrond vormen zeker een plus.
- Je bent een sterke communicator - je kan gemakkelijk je mondelinge en geschreven communicatie aanpassen aan je doelpubliek.
- Je blijft actief leren en verbeteren - je zoekt actief naar nieuwe manieren om te groeien in je job.
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je hebt mnimum 7 jaar relevante ervaring
