La Direction générale Transformation digitale, qui fait partie du Service public fédéral Stratégie et Appui, est le moteur du changement numérique au sein de l'Administration fédérale et accompagne les étapes ultérieures que l'Administration fédérale franchit dans le monde numérique, avec une attention particulière aux citoyens et aux entreprises.

La gestion de Identity & Access Management en fait partie avec le service principal étant le Federal Authentication Service (FAS) reconnaissables par l’authentification CSAM

**Description de fonction**

Vous vous chargez de la gestion de nos projets. Cette gestion comprend:
- l'initiation du projet ;- la planification du budget et des moyens ;- la présentation et le suivi quotidien des projets dans le domaine de l’ICT et de l'e-gouvernement, de la phase d'étude à la livraison.-
- Vous collaborez à de grands projets ICT.- Vous collaborez avec vos collègues (architecte de bases de données, analyste business, gestionnaire de services,...) impliqués dans les projets.- Vous entretenez les relations avec les différents services publics concernés et les différents fournisseurs.- Vous collaborez étroitement avec le Lab E-gov qui entend prendre l'initiative de l'innovation dans le domaine de l'e-gouvernement.- Vous travaillez dans un large contexte et envisagez le projet sous différents angles, en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues-experts (service juridique, service communication, service des marchés publics):
- gestion des parties prenantes ;- analyse des risques ;- gestion des changements ;- gouvernance des projets.- Vous faites partie intégrante d’une équipe de gestionnaires de projets et de gestionnaires de domaines.- Vous soutenez la promotion de la communication au sujet de l'e-gouvernement et identifiez de nouvelles possibilités pour donner forme à la stratégie des services publics fédéraux en matière d'e-gouvernement.

**Description de profil**
- Formation et expérience- Diplôme universitaire ou bachelier ou similaire par expérience-
- Une expérience professionnelle adéquate d'au moins 6 ans dans le domaine de la gestion de projets, avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans des projets informatiques dans le domaine de l'Identity Access Management- Compétences techniques- Vous avez une affinité suffisante avec le secteur de Identity & Access Management-
- Vous disposez de connaissances approfondies de la gestion de projets, ainsi que des techniques et méthodologies de gestion de projets dans un environnement ICT (méthodologie Prince2).-
- Vous comprenez bien les concepts technologiques dans le domaine de l'ICT.-
- Vous connaissez les principes ITIL et de l'« Agile way of working ».-
- Les principes comme la sécurité de l’information, la gestion d’accès, les sources authentiques, le comité de sécurité de l’information, la gestion de bases de données, le RGPD, la standardisation et la terminologie vous sont connus.-
- Connaissance du « service design » et du « user centricity ».-
- Vous disposez de préférence d’une formation de Scrum Master ou/et « Agile product Owner ».-
- Des connaissances de TOGAF constituent un atout.-
- Une bonne motivation est indispensable- Connaissances linguistiques- Vous disposez de connaissances pratiques approfondies du néerlandais pour participer à des réunions et vous concerter avec vos collègues-
- Une connaissance de l'anglais technique est indispensable**Nous offrons**
