**VAN JOU VERWACHT?**
- Je staat in voor het onthaal van bezoekers en staat klanten ook telefonisch en per mail te woord.
- De postverdeling verzorg je en je bestelt het nodige kantoormateriaal.
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot en hebt sterke Office skills.
- Bij de voorbereiding van meetings help je op vlak van agendapunten of notuleert tijdens deze meetings.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt op vlak van travel management en boekt vluchten, hotels.
- Je staat verder ook in voor het opstellen van de franchiseovereenkomsten, registreren van handelshuurovereenkomsten, overnames nutsvoorzieningen, enz.
- De Office Manager ondersteun je alsook de organisatie met verschillende administratieve taken en het opvolgen van juridische dossiers.
- Je kan ad hoc ingeschakeld worden om bijkomende taken uit te voeren zoals vertalingen, catering voorzien, enz.
- Je verzorgt alle personeelsadministratie en helpt bij de organisatie van teamevents.
- Je werkt samen met een extern sociaal secretariaat en zorgt voor de input van het loonverwerkingsprogramma ( input afwezigheden, vakantieplanning).
- Je staat in voor de aanvraag licensies personeel, groepsverzekeringen enz.

- Je bent punctueel en administratief nauwkeurig.
- Je hebt een hands on mentaliteit en bent open minded.
- Vlot met PC, Excel, Outlook, Word en andere courante programma’s.
- NL/FR is een vereiste.
- Je bent flexibel, discreet en stressbestendig.
- Je bent sociaal en klantvriendelijk met een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Zelfstandig werken vormt geen probleem, maar je bent evenzeer een teamplayer.
