You are passionate about people and recruitment and you are looking for a next step in a corporate, but people-centric and informal environment. As part of the Benelux HR team, you will work for different brands, departments and levels of seniority: from finding young graduates to senior managers. You are a true business partner for the business in finding new talent for their teams.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management: working with different departments in the company (for example Finance, Sales, Operations and categories like Food and Coffee).
- Work with international colleagues such as the Talent team in NL, sourcing team in Milan, colleagues from Zone Europe or preferred suppliers.
We are looking for someone with
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the recruiting industry, ideally with experience in a corporate environment, preferably in FMCG (but is not mandatory)
- Good organization & communication skills
- Passion for people; you have the ability to recognize, select and convince talent regardless their background
- Strong key stakeholder management skills.
- A very good knowledge level of Dutch and/or French, and a strong understanding of English.
- A good knowledge of a recruitment software (we are using SuccessFactors, Linkedin, ao).

As Corporate Recruiter you will report to the Corporate Talent Manager BNL. You are part of the Benelux Talent team, consisting of multiple recruiters and training & learning specialists in the Netherlands & Belgium. You will be based in the Brussels office.
