Een dynamische consultant heeft goede leiderschapsvaardigheden, maar weet ook wanneer het tijd is om een stap terug te zetten. Je voornaamste doel is steeds je project tot een goed einde brengen. Zie je een probleem? Dan laat je het weten. Je bent een geboren netwerker en hebt een ondernemende persoonlijkheid die nieuwe kansen met twee handen grijpt. Reizen naar het buitenland zie je helemaal zitten.
We zijn op zoek naar een digital native die strategisch kan denken en handelen. Iemand die van aanpakken weet en niet bij de pakken blijft neerzitten. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent niet te beroerd om hulp, input of richting te vragen. DevOps en Data Management in al hun facetten zijn gesneden koek voor je.
**Daarnaast heb je**:
mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een projectomgeving als product owner, scrum master, business analist of functioneel analist in de financiële sector & ervaring met stakeholder management
de kernprocessen in de bank-, verzekerings
- of kapitaalmarktsector al verkend en ken je de producten van de financiële markten
een universitair diploma in finance, economie, IT of een ander relevante opleiding
Nederlands als moedertaal (of spreek je het vloeiend), en ook een goede kennis van het Engels
Wij bieden een uitdagend traineeship met een grote diversiteit aan opdrachten bij verschillende klanten. Gedurende een intensieve opleidingsperiode word je ondergedompeld in de magische wereld van Scrum, Lean en Agile. Nadien ga je aan de slag bij klanten, terwijl je gedurende twee jaar verschillende opleidingen en trainingen blijft doorlopen. Je komt terecht in een fijne groep van collega’s die kennisdeling, ondernemerschap, humor en hulpvaardigheid hoog in het vaandel dragen.

Je maakt deel uit van een topteam en je volgt een intensief trainingsprogramma en je wordt begeleid door een persoonlijke talent coach.
