**The Business Navigation team **, the beating heart of Wyre that enables the organization to navigate its day-to-day operational and business activities by providing guidance, securing, improving, and standardizing processes, tools, and data insights, is looking for a **business consultant **to join their team. As a business consultant, you maximize the business value of initiatives by providing solutions or designing processes in line with the strategic objectives of Wyre. You are a bridge between the commercial, operational, supporting, regulatory and technology teams, relying on a knowledge and a relationship of trust within those domains.

**Your key roles & responsibilities**
- You will perform, in close cooperation with the involved stakeholders (for example: architecture, commercial & regulatory teams), analysis and (conceptual) design of innovative concepts and solutions for business transformation and/or current business context initiatives.
- You help to develop and/or adjust Wyre’s portfolio and roadmap based on your own functional expertise and evaluate the feasibility with business and/or technology partners, in line with Wyre’s vision & strategy.
- You will act as a bridge between the business, operations and technology domains, seek balance both in terms of developing requirements and solution alternatives, dares to question these and continuously monitors the business value and maximizes the positive impact for Wyre and his customers.
- You determine the acceptance criteria and accepts the End-to-End total solution in cooperation with the business stakeholders and afterwards coaches for the correct implementation of required processes/actions/activities and facilitate the change management. If applicable, this also includes testing the solution. You will detail and document the chosen solution direction as well as the final solutions and related business requirements, processes & procedures, data scripts and aligns and validates them with the stakeholders. Monitors quality, cost efficiency, and ensures full legal & regulatory compliance.

**Our ideal business consultant**
- You have a master's degree in a business or technology domain or comparable experience and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- English is key, Dutch and/or French is an asset.
- You are experienced in making technical, impact and functional analyses and developing/configuring (new) cost-efficient solutions, after gathering and managing the requirements from different stakeholders
- You have strong analytical skills with conceptual thinking skills.
- You have a strong knowledge of business & operational processes combined with expertise in certain technical domains (IT and/or network), good understanding of related best practices, structure and products.
- You map and encourage positive impact of changes on the WHS customer’s journey, the collaboration with partners and/or the internal organization. You anticipate and/or identify improvement proposals, opportunities, issues, risks,...
- You have experience in stakeholder management. You can collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders by building long-term relationships.
- You possess effective communication skills, ensuring messages are conveyed accurately and tailored to the targeted audience with impact.
- You have a can-do mentality, can prioritize activities, and possess strong project management skills, combined with a pragmatic approach.
- You can see things from a broad perspective (“helicopter vision”). You have at least interest in the telecommunication sector. Having familiarity with the telecommunications landscape, HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax), or FTTH is a plus.
