**De job in een notendop**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tot een goed einde brengen van de M&A-dossiers (fusies, acquisities, verkoop)
Je hoofdopdrachten omvatten het volgende:
- bijdragen tot de uitwerking van de M&A-strategie van Belfius, in overleg met de business lines (incl. particuliere klanten, ondernemingen, verzekeringen, asset management)
De lead nemen in concrete M&A-dossiers:
- het identificeren van de opportuniteiten op het vlak van acquisities en samenwerkingsovereenkomsten (voorafgaande analyses, evaluatie van de doelvennootschappen op het vlak van de financiële, operationele en strategische geschiktheid, en evaluatie van de impact van de potentiële transactie op de strategie van Belfius)
- coördineren van en bijdragen tot het proces inzake due diligence, leiding geven aan multifunctionele teams
- onderhandelen over en afsluiten van de transacties
- voorbereiding van de integratie (in overleg met het betrokken metier)
- het optreden van externe consultants coördineren (zakenadvocaten en zakenbanken, experts inzake audit/tax voor de due diligence )
- de uiteenzetting over die dossiers voor het senior management en het directiecomité voorbereiden
- een deel van het beheer van de portefeuille van de financiële participaties overnemen wanneer er zich een opportuniteit voordoet inzake de verkoop/versterking, alsook de waardering ervan.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je over de volgende troeven beschikt:
- idealiter een Master in de Business Administration, of een universitair diploma financiën, economie of burgerlijk ingenieur
- 3-5 jaar de ervaring in de consulting business, corporate finance, investment banking, waarvan een deel als adviseur inzake M&A
- kennis van de financiële sectoren (bank, verzekeringen, vermogensbeheer) en van de specifieke kenmerken van de sector op het vlak van M&A
- zeer goede vaardigheden op het vlak van de financiële en de kwantitatieve analyse
- uitstekende vaardigheden inzake mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie
- kennis van het Engels, het Frans en het Nederlands
- in staat zijn projecten te beheren.
