Heads & Hunters is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to take on a range of clients and projects for a communication agency based in Liege. Our client manages large national accounts and favors highly qualitative work, a long-term
cooperation with its clients and a true team spirit among its staff members.
We are looking for a new team member who will care for clients and manage projects from strategic recommendation to production, but also someone who will bring added value in terms of fresh ideas, creative solutions, proactive input, and network activation.

Your responsibilities:

- As a Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of your clients and projects
- You detect and prioritise daily objectives and drive the timely delivery of work
- You ensure success for the clients and proactively propose tailormade solutions
- You build long-term relationships with your clients
- You lead various internal and external communication projects from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning
- You are responsible for the daily management, coordination, implementation, and execution of these projects.
- You work with autonomy but also in collaboration with your team
- has a master’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business or communication
- has several years of experience in communication agency, project management or internal communication
- is trilingual EN/FR/NL
- has organizational, adaptation and writing skills
- likes to listen and be empathetic
- can be flexible and adapts his working hours to the peak periods
- is enthusiastic and pro-active, autonomous with but demonstrated team spirit, creative in terms of bringing new solutions and able to be a trusted business partner for his/her clients.
