Dans ce contexte, la société recherche un SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER H/F, dans le cadre d'une création de poste.

Rattaché(e) au Business Developper, vous serez le garant pour le compte d'un client. Vous contribuez à la gestion des projets et veillez à la qualité des axes créatifs. Le SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER H/F assure les responsabilités suivantes:
Analyser les besoins des clients et élaborer des stratégies adaptées

Assurer de manière proactive le développement et l'entretien des relations commerciales des clients grands comptes de votre portefeuille

Accompagner le client dans l'appropriation des solutions et sur les projets

Comprendre les axes créatifs en design de marque, d'activation de marque (promotions / PLV / animations)

Cadrer les besoins du client, anticiper les problèmes, résoudre les crises

Assurer un reporting en interne sur l'atteinte des résultats

Mettre en place des actions commerciales spécifiques

Caractéristiques du poste

Rémunération : Selon profil et expérience
Localisation : Belgique - Malines / Possibilité télétravailler

Formation : Vous avez une formation supérieure en Ecole de Commerce, ou un Master.
Expérience : Vous avez acquis une expérience significative de plus de 6 ans en tant que Directeur (rice) de Clientèle au sein d'une agence de communication. Vous possédez des compétences dans l'univers de la grande consommation et plus particulièrement du Food Service. Vous êtes capable d'avoir une démarche proactive de développement commercial. La pratique de l'anglais est impérative.
Qualités requises : Organisé(e), vous savez faire preuve d'un bon sens de l'organisation pour répondre efficacement au grand nombre de demandes entrantes. Vous êtes dynamique, motivé(e), entreprenant(e) et rigoureux(se). A l'aise dans la discussion et la négociation commerciale, vous disposez d'un excellent relationnel client, et faites de la satisfaction client une priorité. Autonome et organisé(e), vous êtes doté d'un bon esprit d'analyse et d'innovation.
