**Role**
As People Growth Expert you will be part of the **Talent team**. Our goal is to make sure our employees can discover their full potential and are able to develop themselves to perform in the best way possible within their role.
We make sure we offer the necessary tools, develop the right processes and guide our colleagues through this journey. To do this, we collaborate closely with our People Business Partners to monitor what happens in our organization, and to find solutions together.
In the Talent team we work in an agile way, and we focus on our priorities. These priorities are always within the Talent Development domain, e.g. leadership, performance management, onboarding, recognition, wellbeing,This role has a close connection with the Learning & Development team.
**Key accountabilities**
In the upcoming period, your priorities will be the following:
- Launch and follow-up of our **talent management software** which supports our vision on talent management**:MyMove/ Huapii**. This means you will be the main point of contact for Huapii colleagues, our internal stakeholders, our ambassadors, etc. You will be responsible for designing the roadmap in the whole organization, and take care of the afterlife. You will need to anticipate and adapt where needed. During this launch you will also be the creative brain behind workshops, testimonials, incentives, etc.
- You will be co-designing our vision of **‘Building Talent’ in the future**, on strategic and tactical level. You will implement it in the whole SD Worx organization.
**Experience & skills**
- You are communicative and have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English (other languages are very welcome)
- You have great presenter skills (you like being in front of a group)
- You have an employee centricity mindset: you communicate with confidence and in a proactive way to employees and managers - with a smile:

- You’re a change agent: you continuously want to improve our work processes to improve our employee journey, and know how to finish a project from A to Z
- You are well known for your flexibility and stress resistance
- You are curious, you want to learn, ánd are eager to transfer this knowledge to your environment
- You preferably have a very good knowledge of the SD Worx organization
- You like networking, both inside and outside our organization
- You like to work independently, as well as in a team
- You have affinity with automation of HR processes and tools

- Your direct colleagues are based in Belgium, Germany and UK
- You will report into the People Director Talent
