Êtes-vous un talent administratif ? Vous travaillez avec précision et portez attention aux détails ? Êtes-vous ouvert à un poste temporaire ? Alors n'hésitez pas à poursuivre votre lecture.
En tant que support administratif temporaire, vous apporterez votre soutien au département du service clientèle. Vos tâches comprennent:
- répondre aux questions de base par chat ou par téléphone
- le traitement des commandes dans un programme ERP
- transférer les commandes par téléphone à la bonne personne
**Profiel**
En tant que support administratif temporaire, nous recherchons une personne ayant les qualités suivantes:
- Vous êtes fort et consciencieux sur le plan administratif
- Vous pouvez vous exprimer couramment (à l'oral et à l'écrit) en français et avez une connaissance de base du néerlandais.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des progiciels ERP
- Vous êtes disposé à exercer une fonction temporaire d'un mois, au maximum de deux mois.
