**Collaborateur Operational Excellence (OpEx Leader)**
**Fonction**
En tant qu’OpEx Leader, vous êtes chargé d'identifier et de mettre en œuvre les possibilités d'améliorer notre efficacité interne.
En partant de situations problématiques spécifiques, vous identifiez les possibilités d'amélioration de nos services opérationnels en veillant à ce que cela ait un impact positif sur l'expérience du client.
Vous organisez des ateliers pour mieux comprendre les problèmes, coachez les équipes afin qu’elles analysent les solutions potentielles et formulent un plan d'approche pour lequel elles obtiennent l'adhésion nécessaire en interne.
Vous coachez les équipes dans leur trajet d’amélioration continue et dans le respect des personnes.
Vous faites régulièrement le point sur la situation avec la direction et les parties prenantes concernées.
Vous recherchez les synergies et les meilleures pratiques avec d'autres équipes au sein de notre organisation.
**Profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire au moins d’un bachelier.
- Vous avez au moins 3 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente et une affinité avec l'expérience client, l'efficacité opérationnelle et le service.
- Une expérience dans le monde des assurances est un plus.
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et le français.
- Vous avez de grandes qualités pour négocier, convaincre les autres et faire avancer les choses.
- Vous êtes sociable, sûr de vous, orienté clients et faites passer l’esprit d'équipe avant tout.
- Vous pouvez compter sur d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles. Vous adoptez toujours une attitude de coach et vous maniez aisément les techniques consistant à donner et à demander du feedback**.**
