**De job in een notendop**

Wat doe je precies als procesmanager:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van onze processen (bv. underwriting, claimsafhandeling).
- Je analyseert en visualiseert de flows en onderbouwt dit met de beschikbare data.
- Je organiseert workshops om onderliggende pijnpunten te identificeren en verbetervoorstellen te formuleren.
- Je creëert actieplannen en initieert de implementatie van structurele verbeteringen of vernieuwingen.
- Je legt de link tussen de end-to-end processen en impact op de customer journey van onze klant.
- Je ondersteunt de verdere uitbouw van vaardigheden en kennis rond onze processen.
- Je bent een ware ambassadeur voor operational excellence binnen Non-Life.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met de volgende eigenschappen:

- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring met business procesmanagement in een dienstverlenend bedrijf. Je beschikt over kennis van verzekeringsproducten BOAR of bent bereid dit snel te verwerven.
- Teamplayer - Je bent sterk analytisch, werkt efficiïent en je interageert ook vlot met de business en teammanagers. Dankzij jou zitten alle stakeholders dezelfde golflengte en ga je met hen oplossingsgericht aan de slag om de uitdagingen aan te pakken.
- Zin voor initiatief - Je bent gedreven en onderneemt spontaan de nodige acties om je opdracht te doen slagen. Je staat ook open voor verandering en vernieuwing en gaat op zoek naar inspiratie om onze processen te verbeteren.
- Heb je ook kennis van project
- en changemanagement (prince II,..)? Dat is alvast een plus.
- Communicatief - je bent in staat de kernboodschappen van je analyse en verbetervoorstelen helder te presenteren naar je stakeholders. Dit doe je zowel in het Nederlands en het Frans. Je hebt ook een goede basiskennis van het Engels.
