**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- Manage Novecare’s channel and segmentation strategy
- Coordinate and grow distribution business across markets
- Grow the Inside Sales role and strive for pricing and AR excellence
- Drive transversal change projects in collaboration with the Business Units, Functions and the Transformation Center

**We count on you for**:

- Manage account creation and segmentation in the regions.
- Drive operational and commercial excellence at the distributors: service level adherence, product allocation, contracting strategy, cross market reviews and alignment, drive the action plans forward.
- Support the markets in growing distribution revenue and profitability: development and execution of commercial distribution plans, addressing cross-market and cross-functional roadblocks to growth, distributor relation management.
- Drive for commercial excellence in the Inside Sales role (4 FTE’s): order chasing, service level adherence, pricing power, accounts receivable, etc.
- Further grow the Inside Sales role: unlock opportunities with existing products at existing accounts thanks to improved customer intimacy + take on larger accounts that fit the Inside Sales business model to support the Markets.
- Coach and develop our Inside Sales reps.
- Deployment of change projects + transfer from project into continuous improvement mode: account creation and segmentation, service level adherence, distributor forecast accuracy, channel management, opportunity management, digital tools (SalesForce, ClickSense, distributor portals, product finder,...).
- Be the regional reference for our commercial processes.

**You will bring**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, in the Chemical industry
- Experience in distribution and account management preferred
- Team player, analytical, rigorous, culturally sensitive, able to get things done and deliver impact through influence
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer centric
- Results oriented, ability to achieve targets
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
