**Fonction**:
Vous êtes à la recherche d'une fonction dynamique et variée dans laquelle vous apportez votre soutien et contribuez à l'excellence opérationnelle de l'entreprise ? Vous agirez en tant que personne administrative polyvalente et personne-clé pour toutes sortes de questions opérationnelles et favoriserez ainsi le fonctionnement optimal de nos processus.
Alors vous êtes le **Operational** **Business & Cost Support **que nous recherchons pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Vos responsabilités comprennent les tâches suivantes:
- Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour les questions administratives et le soutien, en traitant ces questions rapidement et efficacement.
- Préparer et vérifier les factures pour s'assurer que tous les détails sont corrects et conformes aux exigences.
- Assurer le suivi des factures impayées.
- Participez à la collecte, à l'analyse et à la préparation de rapports sur les problèmes rencontrés.
- Assurer la liaison entre les opérations/le terrain et les consultants en restauration pour veiller à ce que tous les processus opérationnels se déroulent sans heurts.
- Activer les clients et les fournisseurs dans nos systèmes afin que le flux de travail ultérieur de nos processus puisse se dérouler de manière optimale.
**Profil**:
- Vous disposez d'un diplôme de bachelier (eg. Office Management) et d'une expérience pertinente (min. 5 ans) dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous êtes bilingue néerlandais/français avec une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
- Vous avez une approche analytique et critique et vous pouvez interpréter correctement les informations et les traiter rapidement.
- Vous êtes bien organisé(e) et orienté(e) vers les résultats, avec un sens de l'initiative. Vous travaillez de manière indépendante et savez fixer des priorités.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, un bon esprit d'équipe et le sens du service.
