Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?
Onze consultants helpen klanten bij grote en kleine veranderingen zoals een sterke groei, een bedrijfstransformatie, een gewijzigde markt, integraties, optimalisatie en harmonisatie van bestaande processen.
We hebben momenteel een aantal interessante projecten waar je kan meewerken aan het optimaliseren en implementeren van end-to-end processen. Vanuit een proces team krijg je een project toegewezen met aangereikte methodologie, gebaseerd op process management en lean six sigma. Meestal werk je in teamverband, soms ga je solo De projecten zijn zeer divers in verschillende domeinen met 1 doel: operational excellence.
Jouw hoofdtaken:
- Je begeleidt klanten (zowel industriële als dienstverlenende organisaties; zowel KMO als GO) in hun streven naar operational excellence en continu verbeteren.
- Je verzorgt opleidingen rond algemene en specifieke verbetermethodes bij klanten, opleidingsverstrekkers, en eigen collegas.
- Je beheert je eigen process improvement project(en) van begin tot einde: scherp krijgen van de doelstellingen, in kaart brengen van de AS IS, uitvoeren van een knelpuntanalyse en detecteren van opportuniteiten / quick wins, definiëren van een TO BE proces, opzet van een build en adopt plan met ondersteuning bij de uitvoering / realisatie.
- Je brengt de organisatie- en werkprocessen in lijn met de visie, strategie en doelstellingen van de klant en dit in verschillende business domeinen.
- Dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden: workshops organiseren en faciliteren, interviews, procesflows uittekenen, analyses uitvoeren, werkdocumenten opmaken, stakeholder management en interne alignering met bvb IT en proceseigenaars van gerelateerde processen.

Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?
- 3 tot 7 jaar praktijkervaring in operational excellence, continu verbeteren, lean six sigma, en je bent gedreven om je verder te ontwikkelen. Bijkomende ervaring binnen supply chain of verpakking is een pluspunt.
- Feeling voor change management.
- Analytische vaardigheden zijn een must voor probleemanalyses en het creëren van business cases.
- Daarnaast spreek je zeer vlot het Nederlands, Frans en Engels en beschik je over een master diploma.
- Je kan goed luisteren en communiceert op een heldere manier.
