Je treedt op als administratieve duizendpoot en sleutelfiguur voor allerhande operationele vragen en bevorder je deze manier een optimale werking van onze processen. Dan ben jij de Operational Business & Cost Support die we zoeken om ons team te vervoegen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken: Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor administratieve vragen en ondersteuning, en deze vragen snel en efficiënt afhandelen. Voorbereiden en controleren van facturaties om ervoor te zorgen dat alle gegevens nauwkeurig zijn en aan de vereisten voldoen. Opvolgen van de niet-betaalde facturen. Ondersteunen bij het verzamelen, analyseren en voorbereiden van rapportages rond eventuele problematieken. Fungeren als schakel tussen de uitbatingen/het terrein en de cateringconsulenten om ervoor te zorgen dat alle operationele processen soepel verlopen. Activeren van klanten en leveranciers in onze systemen zodat de verdere werkflow van onze processen optimaal kan verlopen. Je beschikt over een Bachelor (bijv. Office Management) met een relevante ervaring (min. 5 jaar) in een vergelijkbare functie. Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans met een goede kennis van het Engels. Je hebt een grondige kennis van MS Office (een zeer goed niveau van Excel) en raakt snel vertrouwt met andere IT toepassingen. Je hebt een analytische en kritische aanpak en je kunt informatie correct interpreteren en snel verwerken. Je bent goed georganiseerd en resultaatgericht, met een zin voor initiatief. Je werkt zelfstandig en kunt prioriteiten stellen. Je beschikt over uitstekende relationele en communicatieve vaardigheden, met een goede teamspirit en zin voor dienstverlening.
