Onze klant gelooft in efficiente logistieke oplossingen en hoogwaardige dienstverlening. Met een team van 56 FTE's en een gedreven management, bieden ze een dynamische en professionele werkomgeving waarin jij als Operations Supervisor AM een cruciale rol zult spelen.
Als Operations Supervisor AM zal je nauw samenwerken met de Operations Manager en andere Supervisors. Dagelijkse debriefings met de Nacht
- en Namiddagsupervisors en Customer Service zijn essentieel voor een soepele werking van de activiteiten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van 5 eigen chauffeurs en 11 chauffeurs van onderaannemers, evenals een aantal magazijniers.
Locatie:
Onze HUB is gevestigd in Zaventem, maar de functie vereist incidentele bezoeken aan depots van onderaannemers verspreid over verschillende provincies.
**Jouw taken**: Als Operations Supervisor AM coördineer je alle activiteiten in onze HUB in Zaventem, waaronder sortering, ritorganisatie en chauffeursbeheer. Je bent de spil tussen de verschillende teams en zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking van de logistieke processen. Jouw taken omvatten onder meer:
- Dagelijkse coördinatie en planning van AM activiteiten
- Bezoek aan depots van onderaannemers om procedures te controleren en indien nodig bij te sturen
- Controle en opvolging van chauffeurs, zowel eigen chauffeurs als die van onderaannemers
- Samenwerking met Customer Service en Fleet Supervisor voor een optimale dienstverlening
- Gebruik van bedrijfseigen software, Proteam en Protime voor de coördinatie van activiteiten
- 50% operationele taken (coördinatie, sturing van chauffeurs) en 50% administratieve taken (rapportage, planning)
**Jouw profiel**: Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, zoeken we iemand met de volgende kwalificaties:
- Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring als transportplanner/dispatcher
- Leidinggevende ervaring, in staat om een team van chauffeurs en magazijniers aan te sturen
- Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt
- Bekwaamheid in MS Office en bereidheid om nieuwe applicaties aan te leren
- Flexibel, zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk
- Sterke persoonlijkheid die respect kan afdwingen en effectief kan delegeren
- In het bezit van rijbewijs B
