**Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) « Supply Management Assistant » pour rejoindre notre laboratoire de SGS Lab Simon à Wavre.**

Description du poste
- Gérer les commandes des réactifs, standards, solvants, consommables et matériel de labo ;
- Assurer la vérification, l’étiquetage, l’enregistrement et le rangement des réactifs, standards et solvants entrants et en assurer les conditions de conservation adéquates ;
- Assurer la mise en quarantaine et la libération des milieux de culture ;
- Assurer la réception du matériel de laboratoire et des consommables ;
- Gérer l’entrée et la sortie des réactifs et standards et gérer les stocks du magasin ;
- Gérer l’élimination et le remplacement des produits périmés ;
- Tenir à jour les différentes banques de données du magasin ;
- Préparer la demande d’analyse pour les milieux de culture entrants ;
- Rédiger ou mettre à jour les procédures et instructions de travail du service Supply Management ;
- Etc.

**Qualifications**:

- A2 en sciences ;
- Expérience de 2-3 ans dans une fonction similaire requise
- Langues : Français - Anglais technique ;
- Familier avec l’utilisation d’un PC (différents logiciels) ;
- Organisé et ordonné ;
- Avoir le contact facile ;
- Bonne gestion du stress
- Travailler aussi bien en équipe que seul ;
- Bonne constitution physique (manutention)

- Salaire brut en accord avec la fonction
- CR de 7€/ jour presté
- Remboursement de l'abonnement social (frais de transport à hauteur de 70% du trajet aller) et gratuité si abonnement SNCB
- Assurance groupe et assurance hospitalisation à tarif préférentiel
- 12 jours de RTT
- Temps plein de 40h/sem
