Elle est spécialisée dans la recherche de solutions thérapeutiques pour des patients souffrant de maladies sévères, traitées par des spécialistes, plus particulièrement dans le domaine du système nerveux central (en ce compris l'épilepsie) et des inflammations (y compris les allergies).

**Votre profil**:

- Diplome : Master or PhD in cell biology or molecular biology or biotechnology
- Langues : English
- Experience with iPSC cultures and differentiation protocols
- Experience with molecular biology techniques, biochemical assays, functional assays and microscopy
- Experience with data analysis using Graphpad Prism

**Le(la) volontaire sera chargé(e) de**:

- Travailler avec des cellules souches pluripotentes induites par l'homme (iPSC)
- Travailler avec des organoïdes cérébraux dérivés de iPSC
- Travailler avec des réactifs de biologie moléculaire, biochimiques et fonctionnels pour réaliser des tests sur mesure (e.g. qRT-PCR, scRNAseq, MSD, ELISA, Western blot, MEA, Ca imaging, fluorescence microscopy)
- Travailler avec des vecteurs viraux, de nouveaux composés UCB
- Analyser les données dans le prisme du graphpad
- Présenter les données lors de réunions de groupe

- Avoir entre 18 et 28 ans;
- Détenir la nationalité d’un pays membre de l’Espace Economique Européen;
- Ne pas avoir travaillé ou vécu dans le pays où aura lieu la mission;
- Etre disponible pour se consacrer à la mission à temps plein;
- Si vous êtes de nationalité ou de double nationalité française, être en règle vis à vis des obligations de service national de la France (Numéro Identifiant Défense);
- Avoir un casier judiciaire vierge.
